 The technology
guarantees quality. SUNTEN is directed by the principle of Customers
In Mind, Quality By Hands and the aims of zero defect
management now. SUNTEN has built up a complete and efficient
quality control system after years development. In 1993,
SUNTEN introduced in ISO9000 Quality Guaranteed System. In
1995, SUNTEN was awarded the ISO9001 certificate by the
British Standard Institution(BSI) and Hong Kong Quality
Assurance Agency. In 2002, SUNTEN was accredited the
ISO9001-2000 version of these two organizations and ISO14000
Environment Management System certificate, which outpace the
domestic craft brother. Additionally, SUNTEN adopt kinds of
advanced examining equipment to check every procedure and
control the fault products so that the problem can be found
and solved immediately. SUNTEN held a lot of activities such
as reasonable suggestion and QC Teams which have greatly
aroused stuff¨s enthusiasm and initiative.
 In order to fit the furious market competition and strive
for better development, SUNTEN strengthened the construction
of quality system in 2004. According to the dry type
transformer supply qualification evaluation report made by
Hong Kong CLPP in May, in which SUNTEN is the best one in
China, but it just reach the mid-level internationally.
Therefore, SUNTEN is up holding Quality Month with the
subject of Me and Quality which will last three months. It
aims to improve according to the comments of the evaluation
report, which will greatly improve the stuffs¨ quality
consciousness and mistake-preventing skill.
